After a surprising upset in Chicago Stadium in a game, the Bulls responded to game two of the 1992-series Knicks, taking 86-78. Michael Jordan hit 12 of 24 shots and finished with 27 points. The Bulls' defense also clamped down and no Knicks player scored more than 16 points. Like every game in this series was advanced, it is obvious there would be a long, tough series.
