Michael Jordan 2003 All-Star Game Fadeaway (w. commentary)
NBA All-Star Game 2003 "The Fadeaway ... YES!" With the game on the line in the last All-Star Game Jordan's appearance, the goat busts a second time, a high arc, below the web, fist pump (Benny Sin-style). Marv Albert's commentary, as usual, makes another classic Jordan moment all the more dramatic. This shot would have been the game winner and a further spring in Jordan's cap, it would not for a stupid foul by Jermaine O'Neal on Kobe Bryant at the other end, who hit two free throws toPlease send the game into a second overtime period. As this as the last All-Star Game was Jordan's settled, there was a lot of hype going in and all eyes were on him. Vince Carter was more or less shamed into giving up his starting place to him. Players got him the ball trying to get him, buckets, but he had a really sub-par performance by his standards need 27 shots to get his 20 points. But this picture is just another example of superhuman ability to consistently meet Jordan's situationPrinting and supply situations. As Marv Albert said, crunch time "is Michael Jordan time".
