"Sorry, the triangle, Tex" Michael Jordan's playing in this game was so incredible, the greatest player ever felt compelled to apologize to the assistant coach Tex Winter for Taking Liberties with the famous triangle offense. MJ hit 22 of 35 shots and finished with 55 big boys. The Bullets hung tough, but the Bulls and won with only five, 109-104. The victory gave the Bulls a 2-0 series lead in the first round best of five.
